Palestine Toyota is a 25,429 sf sales and service facility situated on 4 acres on S. Loop 256 in Palestine, Texas. This project consisted of zoning, platting and site design to facilitate building and 311 onsite vehicles. Design scope included site design, landscaping, TxDOT access and drainage requirements, and extensive grade issues near adjacent property.
