The Walk at Tulsa Hills is a 30+ acre commercial subdivision at the southeast corner of Hwy 75 and West 81st Street South in Tulsa Oklahoma.  This development utilizes the design and construction of 800 linear feet of the 5 lane Olympia Drive extension, widening of West 81st Street South and traffic signal improvements.  A regional detention pond was implemented to serve the overall development and includes public storm sewer throughout the 30 acres to convey water runoff to the pond.  Over 1,500 linear feet of sanitary sewer improvements and 2,500 linear feet of public waterline improvements have been installed to serve the 8 lots and new facilities.  Cedar Creek worked very closely with the city and adjacent property owners to the south to design and install a privacy wall and fire access drive to serve Hyde Park fire access needs.  Cedar Creek’s role included rezoning support, platting, gas line easement relocation, detention and storm sewer design, traffic study coordination, street improvements, traffic signal improvements, water and sanitary sewer extensions, addition of city bus stop, sidewalk and ADA improvements, and overall mass grading.  Cedar Creek worked closely with Parkes Companies to aid in conveyance and construction of site design for each lot.  Cedar Creek provided design services for Chuy’s Mexican Restaurant, The Walk at Tulsa Hills Retail Center, Mathis Brothers Sleep Center, Gander Mountain, and Cinemark Cinema.
